  • Ten Dundas Street

KDA was retained by PenEquity to design and project manage a fully integrated media architecture program for its newest development in Toronto’s popular Dundas Square. Dominating the north east corner of Yonge and Dundas, Toronto Life Square features 20,000 square feet of spectacular outdoor signage, including Canada’s largest high-definition video display, measuring 30’ x 52’, and the world’s largest contoured tri-vision display. The video display is enhanced by 34 surrounding video panels that can be used to individually create marquee effects or a display area of 2,400 square feet.

The exterior signage program is accompanied by an integrated digital signage network including strategically positioned video and projection screens. While each display has the ability to be programmed independently, the system will enable coordinated content across all screens to deliver a dominant, synchronized message.
