Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC): Signage Program
Kramer Design Associates (KDA) has a history of providing expert design services to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC). From creating CBC's unforgettable logo in 1967 to developing an integrated and interactive signage and wayfinding program for its Toronto corporate headquarters in 1989, KDA is once again working with CBC to design and oversee the manufacture and installation of three large, illuminated roof-top signs.

Effectively positioned for maximum visibility from as far as the Gardiner Expressway, the 25 foot circular structures incorporate state-of-the-art technology and ingenuity to create dynamic signs with two uniquely different viewing effects: a white CBC logo for daytime, changing to a red CBC logo for nighttime. Installation of the signs is scheduled for completion Summer 2002.

Manulife Financial: Building Enhancements
Having completed a signage program for Manulife Financial's office tower at 45 St. Clair West, KDA is again providing services to the Manulife Team for two additional locations.

KDA will provide exclusive design solutions for building enhancements to Manulife Corporate Center (formerly Markborough Place) in Mississauga and 305 Milner Avenue in Scarborough. These additions will add value to the properties and improve both the visitor and tenant experience.

Penreal Capital Management: Branding and Signage
KDA has developed a comprehensive gateway signage system and created a distinct Brand Identity for Penreal's Meadowvale North, one of Mississauga's newest and largest business parks.

Boasting a growing tenant mix of such high-profile clients as Royal Bank Financial Group, Microsoft Canada and Biovail Pharmaceuticals, Inc., KDA's sophisticated signage and branding program will help to unify and strongly position this business park as premier location.
