The international, full-service pharmaceutical company retained the services of KDA to develop a sophisticated signage program that seamlessly integrated with the building’s state-of-the-art architecture, including a memorable pylon structure. The pylon readily provides effective Corporate Identification, and through the use of high-grade materials and finishes, reflects Biovail’s core brand attributes as a pharmaceutical market leader.

	Outdoor Broadcast Network: *Canopy with Curved LED Display* Outdoor Broadcast Network (OBN), one of Canada's fastest-growing media companies, asked KDA to develop a unique, revenue-generating signage program for one of its location at One Richmond Street Utilizing finishes and materials to complement the building’s façade, KDA created a streamlined, curved LED display that capitalizes on the office’s prominent corner location, while also serving as a charismatic entrance canopy. As part of a strategy to secure a roster of first-class advertising clients, KDA ensured that the LED display design provided maximum visibility for effective advertising both day and night.

	Bentall Capital: Branding and Exterior Wayfinding A leading real estate advisory and service organization in Canada, Bentall Capital retained the integrated services of KDA to develop a dynamic branding and exterior wayfinding program for Meadowvale North, its premier corporate office park in Mississauga. KDA strategically created a brand image that appealed to blue-chip organizations and incorporated it into the signage and wayfinding to provide visual continuity for the eight industrial blocks of property. The gateway and municipal signage conveys a bold statement for arriving tenants and visitors.
